"Nature has made men so equal in the faculties of the body and mind, as that though there be found one stronger in body, or of quicker mind than another, yet when all is reckoned together, the difference between man and man is not so considerable." ~Thomas Hobbes (364)

Personal Discipline Policy @ Hobbes

Any individual or campus group who interferes with the overall success of the University will be dismissed immediately. No group or majority should influence the personal behaviors of individuals; if this should occur, proper disciplinary actions will be taken. Rules set forth by the University are just – for no laws, as our founder mentions, can be unjust.

We follow the law of nature and the right of nature, which can be outlined as:
a.)Law of nature: A man is forbidden to do that which is destructive of his life or takes away the means of preserving the same, and to omit that by which he thinks it may be best preserved.

b.)Right of nature: There is always the right for you to defend yourself, no one can take away this right.
